EXO’s Kai to Conclude Solo Tour with Three Encore Concerts in Seoul This September

EXO's Kai, one of South Korea's top entertainer under SM Entertainment, will wrap up his first solo tour with an encore series of concerts in Seoul this September. The three-day encore, called "2025 KAI SOLO CONCERT TOUR <KAION> ENCORE IN SEOUL," will take place from September 26 to 28, at the Jangchung Gymnasium in Jung-gu, Seoul. This finale comes after traveling to 10 Asian regions and six cities in North America and something fans can expect a better and refined live experience from the "world-class performer."

Kai's ongoing solo project began earlier in 2025, as he started his first tour as a solo artist after finishing his mandatory military service in February 2024. This spring, Kai’s tour started in Seoul, and since then has traveled to a number of cities in Asia with positive reception, including a successful concert most recently at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Manila, Philippines on July 27. Fans were thrilled to see high energy performances of his solo hits like “Mmmh,” “Peaches,” “Rover,” and his most recent EP single "Wait On Me." After Manila, Kai is scheduled to perform in Bangkok on August 2 before continuing on to the North American leg of his tour, which begins in late August with a prominent show in Los Angeles on August 28.

Tickets for the encore concerts in Seoul will be available first to fan club presale on August 4, and general sale on August 5 through Melon Ticket via their online service. There will also be plans for an online live-streaming of the encore shows available through Beyond Live and Weverse, but more information regarding the streaming options will be made using EXO's official social media accounts. Kai's solo endeavors have received praise for his varied musicality and stage presence and it is expected that the final performances of his first solo tour will live up to that acclaim.

The conclusion of this tour signals a landmark for Kai as he journey's through his own solo identity, apart from the group he debuted with, EXO, in 2012. The encore dates in Seoul will be more than these two will be a celebration of a personal/professional milestone, but will afford his dedicated fans the rare opportunity to witness an artist work at the peak of authenticity and excitement. Kai is still expanding his musical reach across continents and to this day remains one of the elite K-pop artists that has continued to display artistic growth and due to the fandom he has developed over the years enjoys global appeal.
